Commencement Weekend over Memorial Day is reserved for past guests only.
We use a lottery system - you accumulate one lottery ticket forEACH NIGHT that you stay with us over a 4 or 5 year period while your child is in school. (If you stayed with us during your college exploration, we will give you tickets for those visits also.)
The more nights that you stay, the more lottery tickets you will receive in the jar
Each May, we draw the three names who will then have first choice of our three rooms for the following years graduation.
There is a 3 day minimum stay for Commencement and a special cancellation and payment policy.
Parent's Weekend & First Year Orientation
A 2 night minimum stay is required.
The following SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY will be in effect:
If a cancellation is made 30 days or more before your stay is to begin, there will be no charge.
If a cancellation is made between 20 to 30 days before stay is to begin, there will be a $30.00 rebooking fee.
If a cancellation is made between 8 to 20 days before stay is to begin, there will be a charge of 50% of entire stay plus the $30.00 rebooking fee.
If cancellation is made 7 days or less before stay is to begin, you will be charged for the entire stay. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
