Have you decided to buy some exercise equipment for a new home gym but don't know what is best for you? Do you want to get some healthy breakfast recipes to make at home? Do you want to work one-on-one with a personal trainer before committing to a series of visits? If this is your resolution for the New Year, then we have a deal for you!
Review the Package details below. (Package cannot be booked at the last minute as we will need to schedule your personal training appointment in advance. The last training appointment on a Friday is 4:00).
- 2 Nights at 1830 Hallauer House B & B
- 2 Complimentary breakfasts that will be high in protein and low on carbohydrates and calories.
- Healthy breakfast recipes to take home.
- A complimentary water bottle to keep.
- On the day of your arrival, we will schedule for you a one hour visit at Debbie's Personal Training to work one-on-one with a personal trainer or have a one-on-one consultation. (Your choice).
- Have a healthy dinner on your own at one of Oberlin's fine restaurants.
- In the morning after your healthy breakfast and a short “let your stomach settle time,' you can get into your sweats and put on your workout shoes for a trip to our on-sight gym. Use the tips and information from the personal trainer and spend the day working out on the treadmill, the elliptical, the stationary bike, and the Bow Flex. Watch the satellite TV or use your own I-Pod. Take as much time on each piece of equipment as you feel comfortable with, being careful to take some breaks along the way! We also have an Inversion Table that we can help you with if you are new to that piece of equipment. (Please check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program.)
- When you have had enough exercise, you can still sweat but relax in the dry far-infrared sauna for 30 minutes, then fill the tub, and enjoy sinking down into the warm, swirling water of the whirlpool Jacuzzi tub. Light the candles and listen to soft music from the Bose stereo. (At this point, I would be sipping some chilled white wine!) The stress will melt away!
- After a hard workout day you deserve to go out for a fine reward so use the $50.00 Gift Certificate for dinner at Presti's Restaurant.
