A Military Genius: General Thomas J. (Stonewall) Jackson
Jackson commanded 25,000 men at Chancellorsville on May 2,1863. He succeeded by extraordinary daring in outflanking the Union army, and swept down like a tornado, dashing everything to destruction as he came. But it was the last of Stonewall's battles. As night came on and the Union army looked doomed, the Confederate leader, in the confusion of the scene, was shot by his own men, and fell mortally wounded. He died a week later, leaving a gap in the Confederate ranks never to be filled.
The exercise room is located in the heated garage area and is enclosed behind tatami screens. You have your choice of working out on an elliptical, a treadmill, a bicycle, or the Bow Flex. The Sole brand equipment is new and has various programs that you can use, depending on your fitness level. The Bow Flex is the Sport model and using
100 lb. rods on each side.The machines have a plug for your IPod or you can watch your choice of programs on the satellite TV.
